How do I report my card lost or stolen?

To report your Regions Debit Card, ATM Card or Regions Now Visa Prepaid Card lost or stolen, select the Customer Service tab, then Report Lost or Stolen Card from the Card Services menu in online banking. You can select a card to review the most recent transactions and determine whether suspicious activity is present or to identify the card that was lost or stolen. Once you select Report Lost/Stolen you can decide whether you would like a new card to replace the lost or stolen card. From the mobile app, select Cards from the main menu, then select Lost or Stolen Card.

Remember, you can also use the “I want to” menu from many pages to navigate to many common tasks.
