How do I order a replacement card?
If your Regions Debit Card, ATM Card or Regions Now Visa Prepaid Card has been damaged but is not lost or stolen, you can order a replacement card with the same number by selecting the Customer Service tab, then Order a Replacement Card from the Card Services section within online banking. Once you locate the card that was damaged, select Order Replacement Card to the right of that card. From the mobile app, select Cards from the main menu, locate the card that was damaged, then select Replace Card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the new card to arrive in the mail.
Remember, you can also use the “I want to” menu in online banking to navigate to many common tasks.
