Only posted debit card transactions for the purchase of goods and services are counted. This includes recurring purchases or bill pay transactions you have set up on your debit card and payments you make with your debit card through certain person-to-person payment services.

Pending, but not yet posted, debit card transactions and debit card transactions for ATM withdrawals and for cash advances are not counted. Also, Zelle payments do not count because Zelle must be linked to the actual checking account number, not the debit card number.
