If you forget your four-digit PIN, call 1-800-295-8472 and a PIN mailer will be sent out to your address. Here are tips on remembering the PIN you selected:

• Select a number that is meaningful and has some significance to you. Be sure NOT to use your birthday or phone number.
• Make a four-letter word out of your PIN each number represents a letter. For example, LOVE = 5683.
• Memorize it. If you have to write it down, try to disguise it using an encryption or math equation.
