How do I update my biller details like account number, mailing address and phone number when paying bills?

By updating your biller details with the most accurate information, it can help us deliver your payment to your biller electronically. Ensure you have the correct account number, phone number and address for each biller before making updates.

It takes a few simple steps to update biller details.

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Go to the Payments menu
  3. Select Bill Payment
  4. Select the biller you want to update
  5. Once you see the Biller Details, select Edit biller
  6. On the Edit Biller screen, edit the account number, mailing address and/or phone number with the most up-to-date information
  7. Save changes

A confirmation message shows your changes have been saved.

Review any other Billers within the Pay Bills screen and repeat the steps.
If you are using the Regions Mobile app, the steps to update your biller information are similar.

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Navigate to the Payments section and tap Bill Pay
  3. Find the biller you want to update
  4. Tap the Edit biller button and then the edit link next to the information you want to edit
  5. Save your changes

Some biller information is unable to be edited. For example, you may not be able to edit the account number for certain billers.
