Online statements
Easily view, download and print up to seven years of account history by enrolling in online statements through Online Banking or the mobile app. We’ll send email notifications[1] as soon as your statements and documents are available, giving you real-time access to your account information.
How to enroll to get online statements
If you have a Regions Online Banking or mobile app username and password, but haven’t enrolled to receive online statements and documents delivery, log in and follow these simple steps.
In Online Banking:
- From the “I want to … ” drop-down menu, select View Statements.
- On the Online Statements & Documents page, select the “manage my statement delivery and email preferences” link and follow the on-screen instructions to enroll.
In the mobile app:
- From your account details page, select the Statements tab.
- On the Statements & Documents page, select the gear icon, then select the “manage my statement delivery and email preferences” link and follow the on-screen instructions to enroll.
Please note: For mortgage accounts, use MyMortgage to enroll and view documents electronically. Business credit card accountholders can view online statements, but paper statements are always mailed, as well. For certain types of accounts, only the primary account owner can edit delivery methods preferences.
Not enrolled in Online Banking?
When you enroll[2] in Online Banking, you automatically activate online statements for your personal and small business checking, savings and money market accounts, as well as Now cards. You can switch back to paper statements at any time by following these simple steps.

In Online Banking: Select Online Statements from the Accounts menu. Find the desired statement and then view or download the PDF. Remember, you can also use the “I want to ... ” menu to navigate to many common tasks.
In the mobile app: View your statements and documents by selecting the Statements tab within your account details. Select the year using the drop-down menu. You can then view or download the PDF on your mobile device.

Enclosures are the extra materials included with your account statements. The inserts may contain important account-related information and updates, such as changes to terms and conditions. Be sure to read the statement enclosures and supplemental information provided with your account statement.
Some of these account notifications may be accessible only in Regions Online Banking. To view enclosures in Online Banking, select the Enclosures tab on the Online Statements & Documents page.

You can change your statements and documents preferences3 at any time. It is important to keep your email address current so that you will receive a notification when an online statement or account-related document is ready to view.
In Online Banking: Select Online Statements from the Accounts menu. On the Online Statements & Documents page, select Edit next to the email address you would like to update.
In the mobile app: When viewing the account details screen, select the Statements tab. Select the gear icon to open Online Statement Settings. Enter the preferred email address, and then select Save.
For certain types of accounts, only the primary account owner can edit delivery methods preferences.

Please note: Consumer loan/line of credit and credit card accounts can enroll in online statements but do not currently receive other account-related notices electronically. For mortgage accounts, use MyMortgage to enroll and view documents electronically.
